Sherri and John have now guided us with both the exterior and interior of our home design. My husband and I purchased an older home that was in need of updating. We are not first time home buyers, but this was the first time we purchased a home that required significant updates. They have been fantastic in guiding us on how to update the home with our style but also ensuring we maintain the charm of this 1925 home. They work incredibly well as a team, listen intently to our wants/needs, and provide a thorough design outline- so that getting multiple bids for the project is incredibly easy! Moreover, they were able to give recommendations on painting companies and landscapers that we could use and we went with both of their recommendations! Sherri and John have made updating this house fun and easy and we plan to continue to work with them on projects to come!

Sherri and John helped transform our living room, entryway and family room into rooms that truly feel beautiful AND welcoming...which is exactly what we were craving. Their warm and knowledgeable approach really helped us not be so overwhelmed by the Interior design decisions for our home. From paint color to furniture to a fireplace redesign - they guided us through it all. Sherri and John even came in at the end and styled our bookshelves and entryway with all new curated items that matched our style and the desired feel of our home. It was so fun to have that “big reveal” moment when they were done styling. I can’t say enough about how much we loved working with this couple. Sherri and John did a FANTASTIC job helping us in rebuilding our home lost in a fire from the foundation up. We had our own builder, however the real value was clear in assisting us in picking out colors and finishes. What was really great is how they were able to streamline the process to give us the help we needed. We were fairly comfortable navigating with our builder and his sub contractors, however what ES provided was a huge comfort level as we chose paint, stains, hardwoods, carpets, doors, hardware, lighting and the list goes on. Trust me , this can be an intimidating task. We chose several options in all categories directly with the vendors and then bounced everything off Sherri to make sure we were not jumping off a cliff. End result is everything looks current and amazing. Worth every penny!

I'm an avid HGTV watcher and have always dreamed of having a house looking like a professional did it. I used to save pages from Architectural Digest as a kid, my husband and I have remodeled houses on our own, and although I'd like to think I have a good sense of what works there are just some things a professional is trained to know and see. That being said, I wasn't looking for someone to do start-to-finish design work and most people I contacted seemed to do only large scale () work. We recently moved to Kirkland and just needed someone to help with design work here and there, paint colors, decor rearranging (there IS an art to it), and creative ideas to overcome certain house design issues. What I love about Sherri, even more than her positive energy and creative genius, her flexibility with what you need and how and when you get there, is that she isn't afraid to share her insight and educate you on why she does what she does. She involves you in her thinking process and teaches you the reasons for the conclusions she comes to and possibilities for things you may not have thought of. (Covering a hallway and adjacent ceiling in shiplap?!? *gasp* Yes please! ) She works with you the way it is best FOR YOU. I am so excited to see this project come to fruition and that I chose Sherri to show me the way!

I needed a lot of help with getting my place organized. In doing so, I felt as though it would bring a feeling of relief with not seeing clutter and things now having a home. I have tried doing this myself before, but I simply got overwhelmed and nothing was getting done. First and foremost, both Sherri and John were great to work with! They definitely keep focused, and the results are observed immediately. They definitely helped me in every organizational area that I struggled with, especially with respect to kitchen organization, getting rid of unneeded items, and filing paperwork in my office. I am very thankful I had hired them. At this stage, I have only worked with them from an organizational standpoint, but intend on hiring them from a design standpoint as well, and will post a review as to how that ends up going.
